Solid Waste Authority Working conditions of aircraft cabin crew members onboard operating aircraft
Any risk, business, location, activity, or building over which the State Plan cannot exercise effective jurisdiction
Additionally, OSHA advises entry-level employees to enroll in OSHA 10 Hour courses and workers in supervisory roles to enroll in OSHA 30 Hour courses because many South Carolina employers require their employees to be OSHA certified and OSHA courses contain essential training requirements relevant to various job functions.
Workers on the following list continue to fall within the purview of Federal OSHA:
