Refund Policy – Get OSHA Courses
At Get OSHA Courses, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your purchase, our U.S.-based support team is available 24/7 to assist with technical concerns or other questions.
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund if:
Your purchase was made within 2 hours of your refund request.
You have not attempted any part of a test, quiz, or exam.
You have not requested or been issued a Certificate of Completion.
You have not completed 30% or more of the purchased course.
You submit your refund request in writing via email to help@oshaoutreachcourses.com within 2 hours of purchase, including proof of payment and the reason for the refund.
Note: If your refund is approved, a 15% processing fee will be deducted. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for purchase and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
2. No Refund Will Be Provided For
Failure to pass tests, final exams, or other in-course assessments (per certification guidelines).
Failure to pass identity verification requirements (including biometrics, security questions, or other methods per certification guidelines).
Course expiration or invalidation (per certification guidelines).
Expedited processing or mailing of certificates once the request has been fulfilled.
3. Course Reassignment
If you wish to reassign an unstarted course to another team member, a 20% reassignment fee (based on course price) will apply.
4. Course-Specific Policies
Some courses may have additional or separate refund terms specified during registration.
If any course-specific policies differ from this Refund Policy, the course-specific terms will take precedence.
