When you’re responsible for keeping a construction site safe and secure, you need all the tools you can get. Our 30-hour OSHA construction training with free study guide teaches you exactly what you need to know to build a safety culture and reduce workplace accidents.
In addition, you will receive an overview of OSHA’s 29 CFR 1926 construction standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. The course also covers vital information about all significant hazards found on a construction site.
For example, you will learn how to create and implement a health and safety program that addresses critical safety issues in the construction industry, such as ladders and stairways, confined spaces, hand and power tools, scaffolding, and explosives and blasting agents.
This online course is for construction foremen, supervisors, and safety directors, or anyone who works in construction and requires additional training beyond the basics.

OSHA 30 is an outreach training program for supervisory personnel. This training is designed for safety directors, field supervisors, and foremen. This 30-hour course covers a wide range of topics, teaching supervisors the standards for everyone working under their supervision.
The 30-hour courses vary across industries. There’s OSHA 30 Construction specifically for construction workers and OSHA 30 General Industry for everyone else.
We also offer an entry-level OSHA-10 course for workers through our online training provider. OSHA-10 training is also available for construction and general industry workers, both of which meet OSHA-authorized training requirements. Although DOL cards do not expire at the federal level, some states and industries have unique requirements. We recommend renewing your training every 3-4 years to stay current on changes to Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations.
OSHA 30 is best suited for workers and supervisors who have safety responsibilities on the job site. The online training program emphasizes hazard control, avoidance, prevention, and identification according to OSHA standards. The following are positions that require OSHA 30 training: People Manager: This hands-on role manages day-to-day HR needs, including benefits administration, onboarding, audits, open enrollment, and offboarding. Assistant Superintendent: Assistant superintendents supervise, coordinate, and manage project business partners. They also supervise employees and contractors. Foreman: A foreman is a senior worker who supervises a construction crew. Safety Manager: Safety managers enforce compliance with safety regulations on the job site. They review health and safety guidelines to enhance workplace safety. After completing the 30-Hour OSHA Construction Course Training, additional employer-provided training may be required, but all such training is subject to the employer’s responsibilities.
Recibirás tu tarjeta oficial de OSHA DOL en plástico tan pronto como dos (2) semanas después de completar el curso y la encuesta.
